Rich McCor’s Paper Cutout Art Certainly Has A Way Of Transforming Famous Landmarks

Rich McCor (AKA “paperboyo”) is a London-based photographer and paper artist who is no stranger to using whimsy, light-heartedness, and pop-culture references to reimagine famous landmarks and cityscapes around the world. Through the simple addition of single pieces of black paper to the foregrounds of some of the most recognisable skylines which he has photographed, often transforming the scale of the captured scene or subject, McCor is able to bring a sense of child-like imagination to an otherwise ordinary urban structure.

Examples of his work include Peter Pan flying above and beyond British Parliament and Big Ben as well as the Leaning Tower of Pisa being cuddled by a Second World War-era sailor.
