World Yo-Yo Contest 2015: Hajime Miura Blows The Competition Away

In the following 3-minute clip, Hajime Miura, a 10-year-old yo-yo prodigy from Japan, demonstrates his masterful skills and technique at the 2015 World Yo-Yo Contest in Tokyo. The days of the beloved yo-yo, which has brought centuries of endless enjoyment, being simply a child’s pastime are long gone. These extraordinary talents have taken the toy to a whole new level.

Competing in the 3A Division (also known as the Two Hands String Trick, which involves the competitor using two long spinning yo-yos and simultaneously performing tricks with both), Miura, unequivocally, annihilates his opponents, ultimately winning the World Championship by a considerable margin of 20 points.
